How the sleep program works:

• Step 1 (0-10 min): Follow the birds hovering around the room along with sounds from the savannah.
• Step 2 (10-20 min): A dimmer brightness, the African sun begins to set, while fewer birds fly by. The sound is relaxing sounds from the savannah. 
• Step 3 (20-30 min): A faint projection of sunset, no birds and no sound.
• The program will automatically turn off after 30 minutes and then transition to a good night's sleep.
