Documentation and guidance
If a description of the product or a user manual is available, it will be enclosed with the product in the package from Luksusbaby. 

Prices and payment
To shop at Luksusbaby.com, you must be 18 years of age and either have a valid payment card or other payment method which we accept at Luksusbaby.com. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

Once you have completed the order, you will receive an order confirmation of your purchase via e-mail. The actual payment will only be completed when we send the item to you. If you complete a payment via bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection program. You can order your products online and pay with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer.
No fees are charged for credit cards.

The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched. If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the program granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website. 

Pre-authorization Charge
If you are paying with an international card, a temporary hold with the order amount will be made on your credit card or bank account until:

 
  1. The post-authorization comes through
  2. When the pre-authorization expires. Typically, it lasts for 7 bank days.

Valid for MasterCard, VISA, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Mobilepay. You can read more about the specific rules for your card on your card issuer's website or by contacting your bank.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot be held liable for technical errors, typing errors, items that have sold out, price changes imposed by suppliers and changes in Danish sales taxes, fees and currency.

Gift cards and vouchers
It is possible to buy gift cards in our stores and on the webshop. When purchasing the gift card via the webshop, shipping is never charged, as it can also be sent electronically to the specified e-mail address or printed directly from the website.

Gift certificates and vouchers are valid for 5 years after the date of issue. The date of issue is noted on the gift card / voucher.

Gift cards / vouchers can be used online at Luksusbaby.com and in our 2 stores in Aalborg and Aarhus.

Presents
We offer gift wrapping for collection and orders online. However, gift wrapping is only available for orders of €14 or more.

Delivery
Delivery of goods from Luksusbaby.com is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods.

The delivery cost will be a minimum of €14, but it will always differ depending on the order size and which delivery company the order is dispatched with. We will always contact you, about the price and freight options.

When you place an order before 12 noon danish time (CET), we will do our utmost to dispatch it the same day.

There might be larger shipping fees on bigger parcels and furniture, which cannot be shipped under normal delivery terms. We will contact you in case of larger shipping fees and discuss the options with you.

When your order is dispatched from Luksusbaby, you will automatically receive an email with information about the shipment. If not - you might find it between your spam mails. Should you have any doubts, please feel free to contact us at info@luksusbaby.com.

* We cannot be held liable for unforseen delays in the mail.
** Please note that when you chose a parcel shop on big shopping days such as Black Friday or around Christmas, Luksusbaby cannot guarantee that the parcel can be delivered to the chosen delivery location and you may experience the longer delivery time on these days. The package may be sent to another parcel shop if the selected one is full.

Shopping from abroad
Luksusbaby cannot be held responsible for any customs taxes or fees that may be added to a product ordered from Luksusbaby. Any such expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation rights  
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel a purchase.  
 
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.

If the purchase consists of several consignments or parts, the right to cancel will lapse 14 days after the day you receive the last consignment or the last part.
 
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to info@luksusbaby.com or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods unless you inform us at the same time. 

Returning the goods 
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us. 
You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport. 

When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem and note which product you are returning.
Some goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to: Furniture 
The cost of returning these goods is expected to amount to maximum 1250 euros.

However, due to the high cost of returns, will we always find a solution for our customer. 

The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded will depend on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded. 
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.

Refund of the purchase sum 
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. 

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement. 
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
 
We may withhold payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Right to make complaints 
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. 
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return an article.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. 

You must complain within a “reasonable time” following your discovery of a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.
