The Haakaas dosing syringe is the perfect way to administer milk, liquid diets and larger amounts of medication to premature babies or just picky babies in a messy and waste-free way. The dosing syringe has two holes on the sides of the spout that make sure to inject liquid into the sides of your child's mouth instead of down the throat, thus greatly reducing the risk of choking. When feeding your baby with a traditional syringe, you'll need to use a combination of the hard tip (which can damage your baby's delicate mouth) and your finger to make it work. The Haakaas dosing syringe makes it all that much easier by giving your baby a soft silicone spout to suck on when they eat. The syringe measures liquids in 5 ml increments and may not be suitable for smaller doses.

• Washing instructions: Wash before and after each use. Although dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing in warm soapy water and rinsing and drying thoroughly. We recommend using the Haakaa Dish Soap. Do not use any bleach-based cleaners or tablets to sterilise or clean your Haakaa products. To sterilise, use a steam steriliser or boil in water for 2-3 minutes.
